Wine production is a complex process that involves multiple steps from planting the vineyard to bottling the final product. Our program covers all aspects of wine production, including grape growing, fermentation, aging, and blending. You will learn about the different techniques used in winemaking, such as cold soak, extended maceration, and barrel aging.
In addition to wine production, we also cover viticulture, which is the study of grape cultivation. This includes topics such as soil science, irrigation management, pruning, and pest control.
